Public installation instructions are coming when public alpha builds are available. LM Nexus is not publicly downloadable yet.

The intended first-run flow is:

1. Install/open LM Nexus.
2. Choose runtime/provider.
3. Select or download a model.
4. Click Run.
5. Use chat/workspace.
6. Copy raw endpoint if needed.
7. Continue into agents, files, notes, and knowledge.

Do not use unofficial installer links. Public builds will be linked from the download page when they are ready.

First-run intent

LM Nexus is designed to make the first run approachable without hiding runtime details:

• simple mode for selecting a model and clicking Run;
• expert mode for runtime settings, logs, and raw endpoint visibility;
• workbench mode for chat, agents, files, notes, knowledge, terminals, and logs.
